Your setup is simple. HMG does the heavy lifting. Here is exactly what happens at every step — and how little is required from your team.
Getting your branded program live takes five steps. You will spend a total of 2–3 hours across all of them. HMG handles everything else — and the entire process from first call to first live contractor takes under two weeks. Your commitment is 6 months to start, then month-to-month after that.
A 45–60 minute call with Jason Pillsbury to walk through the program, discuss your contractor network, and determine how to position the program under your brand. This is also where we discuss your goals, your market, and how many contractors you want to target in year one.
Jason leads the call, asks the right questions, and builds your custom launch strategy. You just show up and talk about your business.
You send HMG your logo, brand colors, and the name you want for the program (e.g. "The [Your Company] Contractor Growth Program"). HMG builds the entire branded program environment — your program website, enrollment page, email templates, SMS sender profiles, onboarding materials — all under your name.
Full brand integration across your program and all marketing touchpoints. You send the assets. HMG does the build. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days.
You connect your Stripe account to HMG's platform. This is a one-time setup that takes about 10 minutes. Once connected, every contractor subscription payment automatically splits — 80% to HMG, 20% deposited directly into your account. No invoicing, no reconciliation, no manual payments.
HMG provides the Stripe Connect link and walks you through the setup if needed. All payment routing is configured automatically after you connect.
HMG presents the completed branded program for your review. You see exactly what your contractors will see — the branding, the onboarding flow, the system interface. You approve or request adjustments. Once signed off, the program is live and ready to accept contractor referrals.
Full environment build, presentation walkthrough, and any revisions. You review and approve — that is the extent of your involvement.
Your program is live. You begin introducing contractors to the program — in person, by phone, by email, however you normally communicate with them. When a contractor is interested, you pass their contact info to Jason. HMG takes it from there — the sales conversation, the tier walkthrough, the enrollment, and the full system build.
Every sales conversation, every enrollment, every system build, every onboarding session. Your job ends at the introduction. Revenue share starts the moment the contractor goes live.
Total time investment from your team: approximately 2–3 hours. One strategy call, one round of brand assets, one Stripe connection, one review session, and then you are live. From that point forward, your only role is making introductions. HMG handles everything else — permanently.
The full list of what HMG needs from you to launch your program. Nothing on this list requires technical knowledge or marketing expertise.
High-resolution version of your logo. PNG with transparent background is preferred. HMG will size and format it for every placement across the system.
Your primary and secondary brand colors. If you have a brand guide, send that. If not, just tell us the colors and HMG will build around them.
What you want to call the program. Examples: "The Powell Contractor Growth Program," "Stone Supply Pro," "BuildRight by [Company]." If you are unsure, Jason will help you pick a name during the strategy call.
A Stripe account connected to your business bank account. If you do not have one, it takes about 10 minutes to create at stripe.com. HMG walks you through the Stripe Connect process.
The names and contact info of contractors you want to introduce to the program. No minimum. No pressure. You refer them at your own pace — HMG handles the rest.
You do not need a marketing department, a technology team, or any technical knowledge. HMG replaces all of that.
You do not need to understand CRMs, ad platforms, automation software, or website development. You will never log into any of these systems.
You do not need to create any marketing materials, write any copy, or design anything. HMG builds all contractor-facing assets under your brand.
You do not need to hire anyone. The $3,000/mo partner management fee (6-month initial commitment, then month-to-month) covers the equivalent of a web developer, marketing manager, CRM administrator, ad specialist, and support representative — all operating under your brand.
You do not need to train anyone on your team. The program requires no internal knowledge transfer. Your role is introductions — nothing more.
From your first call with Jason to your first live contractor, the entire process takes under two weeks. Here is how the timeline breaks down.
Partner strategy call with Jason. You send brand assets and choose your program name. HMG begins building your branded environment immediately.
HMG completes the program build. You connect Stripe. Program review and approval. Your program is officially live and ready for contractor referrals.
You begin making introductions. HMG handles sales conversations and enrollments. First contractor systems are built, reviewed, and launched before the two-week mark.
Most partners have their first contractor live within two weeks of the initial strategy call. HMG's build and onboarding process is systemized and moves fast. From the moment you say go, every step has a defined timeline and a clear owner — and that owner is HMG.
You make the introduction. Everything after that is handled by HMG — invisibly, under your brand. Here is what the contractor experiences.
You tell your contractor about the program and pass their contact info to Jason. That is the full extent of your involvement in the sales process.
Jason contacts the contractor under your brand, walks them through the system, helps them select the right tier, and handles enrollment. You are not on the call.
Within 7–10 business days, HMG builds the contractor's full system — website, CRM, automations, and ad campaigns (if Growth or Market Leader) — all branded to you.
The contractor's system launches. Leads start flowing. Your 20% revenue share begins the moment their first subscription payment processes.
Make the introduction. Tell your contractor about the program. Pass their name and number to Jason. That is it.
You do not join the sales call. You do not explain the tiers. You do not handle any technical questions. You do not follow up on enrollment status. HMG handles all of it under your brand.
Everything else. Sales conversation, tier selection, enrollment, payment setup, business intake, strategy session, system build, quality review, launch, and ongoing monthly management.
No contractor account goes live without Jason Pillsbury's direct involvement. Every system is personally reviewed before launch to ensure it meets HMG's standards and properly represents your brand.
Hardscape Media Group does not operate like a SaaS platform where anyone can sign up and start using the system unsupervised. Every single contractor account goes through Jason Pillsbury personally.
This means every contractor is vetted before they are onboarded. Every system is built with intention — not auto-generated from a template. Every ad campaign is reviewed for quality before it goes live. And every account is monitored monthly to ensure it is performing.
For you as a supplier partner, this is critical. Your brand is on the program, and your reputation is tied to every contractor experience. If a contractor has a bad experience with the program you introduced, that reflects on you — because HMG is invisible. That's why quality control matters. The gatekeeper model exists to protect the quality of your program and the reputation of your brand.
This is also why the program scales responsibly. Growth is intentional, not reckless. Every contractor who enters the program gets the same level of attention and quality — whether they are the first account or the fiftieth.
No auto-generated systems. No self-service onboarding. Every contractor's website, CRM, automations, and ad campaigns are built individually by HMG with Jason's direct oversight.
Not every contractor is a good fit. Jason evaluates whether the contractor's business, market, and expectations align with what the system can deliver. If they are not a fit, they do not get onboarded.
Nothing goes live without a quality check. Website, automations, pipeline, ad campaigns — everything is reviewed for accuracy, brand consistency, and performance readiness.
Because your name is on every system, quality control is not optional — it is the foundation of the entire program. The gatekeeper model ensures your brand is never associated with anything substandard.
The first step is a 45–60 minute strategy call with Jason Pillsbury. No commitment required — just a conversation about your business, your contractors, and whether this program is the right fit.
